Use the included hanging rack to hang and smoke meat. or remove the hanging rack and replace it with the included grill grate to grill or smoke foods at standard temperatures. The sliding vent covers allow you to easily control temperatures inside your Badger Barrel. Badger Barrel may also be used as a hibachi. Remove the midsection and use the included grill grate to quickly sear steaks. burgers. vegetables. and other foods at very high temperatures. If you feed it. the Badger will eat it….including the competition. Badger Barrel requires assembly; instructions included with the product. Tools are necessary for assembly and are not included. Assembly will require a Phillips-head screwdriver and a crescent or socket wrench.
